Londonderry educates a diverse student body each year. Since 1971, the school has relied on community and individual sponsors to provide an educational approach otherwise not found in the Central PA area. Supporters help students maximize their learning potential.
The Annual Fund is unrestricted support that touches every part of the school. Gifts help pay teacher salaries, which average about half of public school teachers' salaries. Tuition brings in about $5,000 less per student than public schools, so annual giving helps balance the budget and keep tuition low so families of all economic levels can attend.
EITC lets Pennsylvania businesses direct a percentage of state taxes to scholarships so qualifying students can attend the school of their choice. Donations to Londonderry School can be made through United Way of the Capital Region either through a workplace campaign or individually.
